The Board of Water Commissioners of the City of East Orange (“EOBWC”) is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1(a), et seq. for the implementation and administration of a Water and Sewer Line Service Warranty Program.
Sealed RFP responses will be received by the City of East Orange’s Purchasing Agent at 44 City Hall Plaza, East Orange NJ 07018 up to Wednesday April 19, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at which time in the City Council Chambers the responses will be publicly opened and read aloud for:
